We currently ship across all major cities and regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Mecca, Medina, and surrounding areas.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines:

• Major cities: 2–5 business days

• Remote areas: 4–8 business days

Delivery times may vary due to factors such as location, weather conditions, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping fee: Calculated at checkout based on location and order weight

• Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified amount (if applicable)

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details to monitor your shipment in real time.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available in selected areas. Additional COD charges may apply.

7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If unsuccessful, the shipment may be returned to us.

8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant details and photos for assistance.
